Secure Client Area 24/7/365Irrespective of our office hours, you can upload your digital files directly to us whenever you like in our secure client area. Our client area also provides you with access to your finished transcripts and copies of all your invoices. Payment for United Kingdom and Ireland CustomersPayment is not required until we finish the work. We will send an invoice by email upon completion of your audio files. For overseas customers, we require payment before delivering completed transcripts. If you like, we can send you a page or two of the completed transcript for your review prior to payment. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal. Payment can be made on-line or by calling in with the credit card number. Unfortunately it's not practical at this point to accept bank drafts or cheques from our overseas customers.
