All of our services are priced in $USD which can result in substantial cost savings given the strength of the Pound and Euro. Our transcribers are US based, so you get the native familiarity with the English language that is important for transcription quality.

To reach us by phone, call 818-265-1541 during our business hours which roughly translates to about 4:00PM to 2:00AM GMT depending on Daylight Savings Time which is observed in California. Otherwise, we recommend using our email addresses to which we reply promptly.

Secure Client Area 24/7/365

Irrespective of our office hours, you can upload your digital files directly to us whenever you like in our secure client area. Our client area also provides you with access to your finished transcripts and copies of all your invoices.

Payment for United Kingdom and Ireland Customers

Payment is not required until we finish the work. We will send an invoice by email upon completion of your audio files.

For overseas customers, we require payment before delivering completed transcripts. If you like, we can send you a page or two of the completed transcript for your review prior to payment. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal. Payment can be made on-line or by calling in with the credit card number. Unfortunately it's not practical at this point to accept bank drafts or cheques from our overseas customers.
