Phone Call audio is any audio transcribed from a telephone conversation between two people. We also consider Skype calls and online-chats to be the equivalent of phone calls for billing purposes.

If you have recorded a Conference Call please see Conference Call Transcription for pricing and details. A Conference Call is any telephone call involving more than 2 people.

We recommend using Recordia Pro for handling your recording needs if you're not set up to record phone calls yourself. RecordiaPro will handle recording your outgoing or incoming phone calls. Once you've recorded a call, you can upload it to our client area for transcription. If you want to record the calls yourself, we recommend using the JK Audio Tap and the Zoom H2 Recorder.

• We can accept a variety of digital formats from call recording services. Please call for details.
• Please read our advice on recording phone conversations.
• For Audio Cassettes, each side of the cassette is billed as a separate transcript.
